Stephen DeSalvo ae68e82a4d Refactor: people/contacts now proxied from contacts app (localhost:9109) 
- Replace local people CRUD with httpx proxy to contacts API
- analysis, guests, mix endpoints now fetch people from contacts service
- Add CONTACTS_URL env var and httpx dependency to party nix
- People tab shows link to contacts.cypy.at
