Stephen DeSalvo d6b593f7bf Italia widget: direct & indirect pronoun practice modes 
Adds 4 new modes under grouped <optgroup> dropdowns:
  Pronomi diretti:   IT→EN  (lo, la, li, le, mi, ti, ci, vi + stressed)
  Pronomi diretti:   EN→IT
  Pronomi indiretti: IT→EN  (gli, le, mi, ti, ci, vi, a lui, a lei…)
  Pronomi indiretti: EN→IT

Pronoun questions are generated locally from hardcoded tables — no server
call needed. MC format with 4 choices, same render/answer/stat flow as vocab.
Stats POSTed with direction='pron-direct' or 'pron-indirect'.

Mode select refactored to <optgroup> groups: Vocabolario, Verbi, Pronomi diretti,
Pronomi indiretti.
